Mickey Peanut Butter Cookies

We love peanut butter in our house and could literally spoonfuls of it all day long. A few years ago Annie decided to try making her own peanut butter by just putting unsalted peanuts in a chopper and mixing them up till they were the right consistency. Now, that's the only peanut butter we eat. About once every week and a half I dump my peanuts into the chopper and mix them up till I have smooth and creamy Peanut Butter. You don't have to make your own peanut butter for this recipe though, really any will do, and to be honest the downside of using our homemade kind is the cookies are extremely crumbly. They'll be tasty either way!

Steps:

1. Mix together the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

2. Make 1 inch round balls from the dough and place them on a cookie lined sheet.

3. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 12 minutes

4. Let cookies cool for a minute, press down on each one with a spoon or fork GENTLY

5. Take 3 morsels and create the shape of Mickey's head (don't press down hard on the chocolate, simply place them gently on the cookie).

EAT AND ENJOY!

These are definitely one of my favorite cookies we've made this Christmas/Holiday season! What are some of your favorite cookies to make? Don't forget to check out our vlog for Vlogmas and lot's of other fun videos!
